This event will feature a panel of experts who will not only discuss how voter ID laws disenfranchise voters, but will explain what our community can do to fight back. “Our right to vote, a right that those before us have fought to attain, is under attack,” said Rep. Moore. “Milwaukee would be especially affected if voter ID laws were enacted. Our vote is our voice. We must not be silenced. As a Member of Congress it is my responsibility to help protect the rights of my constituency, not dismantle them.” For more information about this town hall, please call the Milwaukee office at 414-297-1140 or visit the Facebook event page at http://on.fb.me/LMGGzw.
