Following the news that Yessenia Ruano’s deportation order was paused while her pending T visa application is being considered, Congresswoman Moore released the following statement:

“Yessenia is an upstanding member of the community who is a victim of human trafficking and applying for a T Visa. She deserves to have her case heard. That is why I welcome this good news, which will keep Yessenia together with her family.
