Congresswoman Gwen Moore Cosponsors Resolution to Honor the Anniversary of the Sikh Gurdwara Tragedy Congresswoman Gwen Moore joined the Wisconsin Congressional delegation in supporting a resolution to honor the ten-year tragic anniversary of the shooting at the Oak Creek Sikh Gurdwara and its victims. “Ten years after this painful tragedy, we remember and honor the memories of the worshippers who were killed in this horrific attack and recognize the survivors who are still healing. Through these losses, Oak Creek’s Sikh community has shown remarkable strength in coming together with hope and optimism, and by championing advocacy and education.
