Congresswoman Gwen Moore Announces More than $6.8 Million in American Rescue Plan Funds to Support the City of Milwaukee Today, Congresswoman Gwen Moore announced more than $6.8 million in American Rescue Plan funds will flow to the city of Milwaukee’s HOP. “I was pleased to vote for the American Rescue Plan which provided this pool of funding and will continue to work to bring back federal transit funds to ensure that resources like the HOP can continue to be a safe and reliable transportation option for our residents.”
