What Republicans seem to misunderstand is that whether they vote to repeal it 40 times or 400 times, Obamacare is the law of the land.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Gwen Moore (WI-4) released this statement after House Republicans voted to repeal the Affordable Care Act for the 40th time.

“Apparently 39 repeal votes weren’t enough. Instead of bringing a jobs bill to the House floor for a vote, my colleagues on the other side of the aisle voted for the 40th time to repeal our landmark health care reform law. What Republicans seem to misunderstand is that whether they vote to repeal it 40 times or 400 times, Obamacare is the law of the land.

“I urge my Republican colleagues to end their fruitless attempts at repeal and work toward creating jobs for the American people.”
