The Congressional Art Competition exhibition, program, & reception will be held at the new Northwestern Mutual Tower & Commons
What:
Each spring, the Congressional Institute sponsors a nationwide high school visual art competition to recognize and encourage artistic talent across the nation. The competition provides an opportunity for members of Congress to encourage and recognize the artistic talents of their young constituents. Participating students will have their artwork showcased at Northwestern Mutual located in downtown Milwaukee. The first place winner in each competition will have their winning entry displayed at the U.S. Capitol for one year and are eligible for scholarship opportunities from the Savannah College of Arts and Design.
