That's why I recently introduced legislation to develop standardized national guidelines for protocol in death scene investigations, autopsies and the collection of data following an infant or child death or stillbirth. Former first lady Nancy Reagan, perhaps best known as a big and complex force in the White House and beyond, died Sunday morning at her home in Los Angeles. My sons were young boys who were profoundly influenced by her "Just Say No" campaign, for which I am eternally grateful.
